Interviewing Volunteers

Volunter placement, to me, is a crucial part of the volunteer management system because I always believe in placing "the right volunteers with the right skills in the right place at the right time".

Once placed in the right places with the right role, volunteers can contribute meaningfully and enjoy the volunteering experience since they can feel they are really making a difference. Both organization and beneficiaries will also benefit when volunteers are placed appropriately and can contribute in their own unique ways and in diverse manners, complementing the care that the organization and staff already provides to the beneficiaries.

Anyway to help me place the right volunteer blah blah blah... came up with the following acronym to help guide me during interviews with volunteers:
